Hi all. I need an original IBM keyboard for my old glourios PC/XT. If someone has one of them to sell me, and from Europe, I'll be very happy. Giacomo

@Giacomo: You might consider the US keyboard. From what I understand, air shipping is below $40 for a keyboard and economy shipping ( takes a couple of weeks instead of days and is not insureable ) is even cheaper.

Look here:
http://pe.usps.gov/text/pub51/51tblc.html#vnameref_20 ( Italy is zone 6 )

So for a 10lbs package, it's $37 for airmail or $23 for economy. It's not cheap but I don't know what you would be willing to pay for such a keyboard.
But then I don't know if a keyboard is just 10 lbs. Those things tended to be quite heavy in the 1980s. I would eigh one to check but I don't even own one Wink

Thanks all. I have another question, does IBM done different keyboard layouts (german, italian, US, ....) for the PC and PC XT ? When I had my first XT (20 years ago) I think its keyboard was US, but I bought it here in Italy.

Many IBM keyboards came for different languages, the easiest to "reconfigure" are the later AT units with the removeable key caps
