Problem is, almost all the files are gone (especially the useful ones like drivers), since their FTP site is dead (links are dead). Mentioned quite a while ago a link to the mirror of the "hardware" section:
ftp://213.135.34.30/pub/mirror/ftp.mpoli.fi/
which still seems to be around, and it responds quickly. I'd strongly suggest anyone with any interest grab the above site entirely---perhaps we could mirror it here if we can, but it's about 1.5GB (according to FireFTP). Nonetheless, I'm gonna grab it for myself tonight (again) and make at least 3 DVD backups... |

I have a cd with all my saved files from early xt days on
I just put together a dvd for thomas chavez
Including the laser xt speed files and lots of stuff.
I really need to go thru everytrhing again with a handy 500gb drive and copy all the cd's to one place.
I have wanted to DISTRIBUTE it as I am 76.
I just got bad news from an OLD ( younger them I) friend
who may be GONE in a year. |

Mirror:
www.uncreativelabs.de/ftp.mpoli.fi/
Yes, it is http, but my host does not allow me to create read-only ftp accounts. Or I might just not have figured out yet how to do it.
I whipped up the browsing script very quickly, so let me know if there are any bugs. As always (see my mirror of th99) it comes in ucl livery. |

Looks good from here. Maybe we should get PD to put a link to it on the main page... |

I can do that as well (I am one of the admins, remembers? ). But I would like approval of Puckdropper first. Does he come by here often these days? |

I'm still around. Sounds like a link on the main page would be a good thing. |
