Depending on the condition...I'd guess around $100. Maybe more if you sell on ebay.

Actually, I can't give such a system away, and it's too much hassle to e-bay it...

Not trying to be. In all honesty, unless you find a collector (on e-bay or otherwise), you won't likely be able to give it away either...

its all good, i've actually got some use for an AT, outside of curiousity. And partly my collection of origional IBM machines is complete. I just need an XT-286 and the 5161 Expansion unit, cept i've got my 5150 running pretty effeciantly on 5 slots with the 63.5 watt supply, with hardcard, cga card, and super i/o / clock / fdc card. 2 slots left, i'd love to try and find an ems card that doesn't have anything extra, just the EMS and that's it, and put that in there, and have it back fill to 640kb and use the rest for EMS / QRAM Area, i've read that qram likes the PC better than the PC-XT Anyhoo

If you ever get strapped for cash then ebay it. But not as a complete lot. The original AT keyboard alone would fetch $100 by itself. Those are very sought after because of the selectric style action.

Yes. The original 84 key AT keyboard from 1984-1985. Those are very sought after.

I haven't encountered very many of them. Of course the area I live in is very dry of old computers for some reason. I found one at a local flea market once in 2003. But the dealer specialised in old computers and knew what he had was valuable. He had tons of XTs, ATs, and early PS/2 model PCs but he wanted a fortune for them. He told me if I liked clicky keyboards buy one from Keytronic that he wasn't interested in selling his unless I bought the whole AT computer system with IBM 5154 EGA monitor. IIRC, he wanted $500 for the whole system.
