well seeing as we have been quiet around here, and i had a question i was wondering about in the back of my head, ive been thinking about video cards lately and the memory on it. so heres the question

if the pc system mem is 80ns, will a video card with 70ns or 60ns mem be faster than an 80ns mem chips on it, with the same vpu on it? just wondering...

Depends on the VPU in question and the clock speed of it.

Roughly 100ns = 10mhz at 0 wait state

Faster or slower will decrease or increase the ideal speed.

On some video cards you can overclock the VPU independant of the refresh rate if you change the oscillator.
