Not likely. Version 5.5 was released in '99 to patch a Y2K bug in previous versions of Word for DOS. Instead of charging for it, they just released the entire program (but it may not have printer-drivers)
Probably more useful for Win3.1 (and more surprising that it's free) is the older PFS:WindowWorks v2.02 (entire office suite) available here:
