Just wondered if anyone else here as heard of/plays Zdaemon?
For those of you who don't know, it's an online, multi-player version of DoomII. And of course it's free, and based on the origanl source code for DoomII (released by ID a fair few years ago).
Just thought I'd mention it, as I've been playing it a lot recently, despite recently buying halflife

Zdaemon is based on Zdoom, not on id's original source! :p |

That's a good question. I wonder which Doom source port was the first to have a client/server-based architecture. |
