I have a 1997 copy of norton anti-virus that I have been using on my pc.s for a while
recently, one c's copy became corrupted and i reintalled. ok - finme
but when i went to add the newer virus definititions it said it does not have a valid norton signature
this system is not on the www and i woonder of notron requires one to register?
could it just be something hidden in this copy of windows?
I may try re-formatting and re-installing windows 98 on this machine, but the same copy of nav works on other machines.
yes i know that nav is not the best? but updates are free. - so far. |
