Nice little program, makes me wonder why so many Hi-end programs were made for windows 3.0 yet a dialer or email program was not? |

Probably because Windows 3.1 was out before this whole "Internet" think got started. |

Dialers /billboard proggies and email programs were around long before windows existed. Yet none were made for 3.0. Lest we forget Macintosh had an Internet browser back in 1990 right around win 3.0 days. Also software that supported 3.0 was made into the mid 90's yet no dialers were made. Too bad you can't port software backwords aka 386 to 286 or the like. |

Who says you can't? The same C++ Hello World will run on any hardware, not just the one you wrote it in.
The trick is making sure you're not using any API calls that are only supported in the newer versions. |
