yea, 486s are pretty much 386s with a few extra features.
although, it take quite a bit of memory to run win98
i haven't tried win2k yet because im to lazy, but i got the 386 to boot halfway into winxp once.
How the HELL did you do that..... |

I had a 386 40 Mhz with copro and 128 k cache wich ran w98 better than I expected. |

and that sucker got halfway through the xp boot? why'd it crash out? and how long did it take?, if you actually could get xp to boot on it, you'd be the envy of the forums |
